Finding aid only for Manuscripts Small Collection 671. Letter written by Frances (Folsom) Cleveland, from the White House, Washington, D.C., to Henry J. Payne, Morganfield, Kentucky, expressing her appreciation for a gift and the good wishes Mr. Payne had sent to her and President Grover Cleveland.
