Finding aid only for Manuscripts Small Collection 683. Papers of Sam R. Hubbard, State Senator from Russell Springs, Kentucky, in which the writers seek his support relating to issues and bills that will come before the state legislature. Includes letters from individuals and organizations, draft legislation, and a brochure with a pictorial roster of the 1960 General Assembly.
