Abstract
Finding aid only for Manuscripts Small Collection 969. Letter written by John E. Tilford, Louisville, Kentucky, to Jane Morningstar, Bowling Green, Kentucky, commenting on the new passenger train, The Humming Bird, that the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company exhibited at Bowling Green. Morningstar was great on the train’s initial trip. Includes newspaper clipping and obituary.
