Abstract

Finding aid and scans (Click on "Additional Files" below) for Manuscripts Small Collection 1032. Chiefly letters and documents related to the World War I service of George DeWitt Harris, a Franklin, Simpson County, Kentucky, native. Includes eight letters written to him by his father, mother, and siblings before his death in France. Also includes four 1899 reference letters from his law professors at the University of Michigan, and a business card from his time as an attorney in St. Louis.
