Finding aid only for Manuscripts Small Collection 1053. Paper, “The Hail Storm of 1998,” written by Billy Carter for an English class at Western Kentucky University, Bowling Green, Kentucky, describing the damage he saw in the aftermath of a severe storm that occurred on 16 April 1998.
