Abstract

Finding aid and full scan (Click on "Additional Files" below) for Manuscripts Land Grant 248. Original land grant, 28 July 1819, by which Gabriel Slaughter, Lt. Governor and Acting Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, granted to James Hill, assignee of Giles Cooke, who was assignee of William Trowell, 10 acres in Warren County.
