Abstract

Finding aid and full scan (Click on "Additional Files" below) for Manuscripts Land Grant 278. Copy of land grant, 1798, December 31, by which James Garrard, Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, granted to James Penn, assignee of Gabriel and George Penn, and to Edmond Rodgers, assignee of said James Penn, 2666 2/3 acres on Drakes Creek - - 2000 acres to James Penn; 666 2/3 acres to Edmond Rodgers.
