Original land grant, 1818, November 17, by which Gabriel Slaughter, Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, granted to Thomas B. Monroe in his own right for 1/3 and of assignee John Madison and Will Starling, Jr. for the balance of 80 acres in Barren County on Green River.
