Finding aid only for Manuscripts Land Grant 345. Photocopy of a land grant, 1794 January 28, by which Isaac Shelby, Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, granted to Richard C. Anderson assignee of Thomas Price and Garland Carr, assignees of Stephen Pettus, 123 2/3 acres and 993 1/3 acres on Grave Creek, a branch of Green River.
