Abstract

Finding aid only for Manuscripts Small Collection 3047. Letter of William Rogers Todd to Thomas F. Mason, 8 March 1866, written from Tompkinsville, Kentucky. Todd describes his efforts to drill for oil there and asks about available positions “on Lake Sup[erio]r” in the event such efforts are not successful.
