Finding aid only for Manuscripts Small Collection 3186. Letter from Delaware Superior Court Judge Vincent A. Bifferato, Wilmington, Delaware, to Warren Circuit Court Judge J. David Francis, Bowling Green, Kentucky, in which he expresses appreciation for his Kentucky colonelcy and includes a short essay by his daughter concerning Caesar Romney.
