Abstract

Affidavit, 3 October 1887, of Delphina Spalding in support of a charge against Ned Spalding, Marion County, Kentucky for “unlawfully killing, disfiguring, injuring and maiming” a hog belonging to Delphina’s husband Dick Spalding.
