Abstract

Finding aid and scan (Click on "Additional Files" below) for Manuscripts Small Collection 3398. Letter, 5 February 1962, of Kentucky State Senator Rex A. Logan to Mrs. E. L. Richards, Franklin, Kentucky, enclosing a copy of a speech Logan delivered to the Kentucky General Assembly in response to Governor Bert Combs’s recent message on the state of the Commonwealth. Though both are Democrats, Logan criticizes Combs’s administration for its broken campaign promises and failure to respect the independence of the legislative branch.
