Abstract

Letter, 31 January 1941, to WKU faculty member Frances Richards from the Secretary of the Kentucky Sesquicentennial Commission, inviting her to a radio broadcast in Louisville, Kentucky featuring the Governor and Commission Chairman. The letterhead lists the Commission members.
