Abstract

Finding aid only for Manuscripts Small Collection 3429. Letters to WKU faculty member Frances Richards, written by various WKU colleagues both before and after her retirement. Presidents Henry Hardin Cherry and Dero Downing express their esteem and friendship; Earl A. Moore and Josephine (Cherry) Lowman write thank-you notes (the latter’s includes the text of an interview with her); history professor A. M. Stickles invites her to a dinner; and Gayle Carver writes mostly of the health of retired art professor Ivan Wilson.
