Abstract

Finding aid only for Manuscripts Small Collection 3588. Correspondence and papers of Jane (Hines) Morningstar, Bowling Green, Kentucky, relating to fundraising for the restoration of “Riverview,” the home of Colonel Atwood Gaines Hobson. Includes letters regarding political and federal financial support; correspondence with donors; narratives explaining the historic significance of the house; and a 1969 progress report to the City of Bowling Green from the Hobson House Association.
