Abstract

Finding aid and scans (Click on "Additional Files" below) for Manuscripts Small Collection 3619. Miscellaneous letters to John Blakey Helm, Louisville, Kentucky, relating to various civic matters. One asks his help in staffing a precinct with primarily African-American voters in a 1923 election; two refer to his participation in Constitution Week in Louisville; others acknowledge his views on political issues.
