Finding aid only for Manuscripts Small Collection 1867. Letter, 10 December 1789, from John Breckinridge to his brother James Breckinridge, Richmond, Virginia, recommending Jacob Kinny [sic] as Clerk for a newly formed Virginia County (Bath County). Original held by the Virginia Historical Society.
