Letter, 29 July 1944, from lawyer John Barret Rodes, Bowling Green, Kentucky to his daughter Mary (Rodes) Helm in which he discusses instances of lynching and mob violence in Warren and Logan counties. Includes an explanatory letter from Mary Helm.
