Abstract
Reprint of Founders Day speech written and presented by Alfred Crabb with forward by James Cornette. Crabb discusses many early faculty members of the Southern Normal School and WKU including T.C. Cherry, J.S. Dickey, J.M. Guilliams, J.H. Clagett, Macon Leiper, Fred Mutchler, Laura Frazee, Florence Ragland, A.J. Kinnaman and J.R. Alexander. James Cornette's forward is a brief biographical sketch of Alfred Crabb. Original found in President Paul Garrett's papers.
