Colorized print of four rows of men facing four rows of women. Their arms are bent at waist height with hands extended as they advance towards each other. They are all dressed simply and alike. Cloaks and hats hang on pegs in the background, ca. 1838. African American men are shown in the group. Published by D. W. Kellogg & Company. The short man at the head of the second row of Shakers is likely Brother David Rowley.
