Aims & Scope
The International Journal of Faith Community Nursing (IJFCN) is a peer reviewed publication, the official journal of Faith Community Nurses International (FCNI) and sponsored by Western Kentucky University TopSCHOLAR. The primary aim of IJFCN is to support the ministry and practice of faith community nurses worldwide through publication of current research, evidence-based practice, interdisciplinary health ministry, and faith community nurse innovations. We welcome manuscripts from all faith community nurses, scholars from nursing and related disciplines, students and others. Examples of desirable submissions include but are not limited to:
- Research that has been conducted by or for faith community nurses (FCN).
- Evidence based practice that demonstrates the effectiveness, contributions, and improved outcomes of FCN practice.
- Articles from nursing or related disciplines that suggest innovations, important outcomes, and insights for FCNs and the practice.
