Kentucky Convergence Conference
The Kentucky Convergence Conference, a premier event for higher education professionals across the state of Kentucky. This year’s Convergence Conference will be hosted by Western Kentucky University at its Knicely Conference Center in Bowling Green.
Kentucky Convergence is the single event that brings together professionals in information technology, academic libraries, online learning, and instructional design from all the public and private colleges and universities in Kentucky. Sponsored by Kentucky post-secondary institutions and private sector partners, Kentucky Convergence is a conference that emphasizes innovations and best practices in the fastest-growing areas of higher education. The theme for this year’s conference is “High Performance in Higher Education,” reflecting Bowling Green’s status as the home of the high-performance Corvette.
The Kentucky Convergence Conference is managed and led by Kentucky higher education professionals. The conference steering committee is made up of representatives from Kentucky’s public universities, the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, the Council on Post-secondary Education, the Center for Rural Development, and the Association of Independent Kentucky Colleges and Universities, which represents twenty member institutions.
