Description
Formed in 2004 by professor Mark Berry, the WKU Steelband, nicknamed Red Hot Steel gives students an opportunity to learn Caribbean and Latin American music styles. These include calypso, soca, ska, reggae and salsa. The group performs regularly and is quite popular.
