Abstract
This study deals with a proposed county plan for the improvement of attendance in the State of Kentucky.
IN the consideration of this problem there are four considerations:
1. A county attendance program with definite objectives must be set up.
2. There must be cooperation between the attendance office and other school officials.
3. An individual school program must be set up.
4. Accounts records of school census and attendance are necessary in order that the problem may be solved.
