Abstract
Letter from Walter S. Forrester, Kentucky's Assistant Adjutant General, to Colonel Robert Morningstar, Bowling Green, Kentucky, discussing the possibility of fighting during the Spanish-American War. Forrester assures Morningstar: "...there will not be any fighting. That is certain, while the present administration holds its present foreign policy."
