Abstract
The presenter will suggest essential elements to consider as an institutional repository system is selected and implemented and offer practical guidelines and strategies for success. Naming a repository, consistency in metadata, types of committees needed, policies and much more will be covered. An exchange of ideas and questions are encouraged.
