Date Built - purchased by WKU in 1962
The College Heights Foundation bought the building in 1962 which was located across from Cherry Hall on College Street. The building "is being rented by the college pending future purchase and houses various members of the English and education departments." The first floor was occupied by the education department under the supervision of the head, Dr. Tate Page. It had a classroom that seated 35, and faculty offices. The second floor was devoted to the English department. It also had a classroom that seated 25, a seminar room, and faculty offices. The second floor was under the direction of the English head, Dr. Wilson Wood.
