Description
Scottsville Public Spring. It is located at 1st and East Locust Street in Scottsville, KY. There is a small rectangular structure covering a small spring that flows from a limestone formation at the foot of a steep hill. It became known as Scottsville Public Spring as it was the main water source for the settlement of Scottsville. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places for Allen County.
