Description
Pleasant Hill Methodist Church. This church is located .3 mile off of Route 100, E miles SW of Scottsville. The church was originally organized by Rev. Charles Holiday between 1818 and 1825, during which time a log church with dirt floors and split log pews was built. That structure burned down and this one was built in 1943 to replace it. It is a log church with the original pole rafters.
