Otis Brown House. This house is located 1.7 miles NW of Trammel on Trammel Road in the Allen Springs Quad. It was built around 1890. It is a 5-bay, 2/2 sash frame house with an ell addition. It is a well-preserved example of rural Allen County architecture.
