Abstract
Finding aid only for Folklife Archives Project 1190. Student paper titled which Charlotte Houk examines the artistic aesthetics of mailboxes within a 10-mile radius of her home in the Lonoke Community in Hart County. Houk’s interviews focus on the creator of the mailbox, their inspiration behind the designs, and additional information concerning mailbox construction and presentation. Black and white photographs of each mailbox are included within the paper.
