Abstract

Finding aid and scan (Click on "Additional Files" below) for Manuscripts Small Collection 757. Account of J. B. Donaldson, Bowling Green, Kentucky, of the Barren River flood of 1913, the destruction of a freight house and the McMullan and Higgins tavern, and the removal of Charles J. Vanmeter’s coffin from his home due to the flood. Also includes a 1937 newspaper clipping about the flood.
