Abstract

Finding aid and scan (Click on "Additional Files" below) for Manuscripts Small Collection 3498. Letter, 24 April 1938 from Anita L. (Mrs. H. E.) Hazelrigg, Owensboro, Kentucky to James E. “Eddie” Barlow, Georgetown, Kentucky. The piano teacher refers to Barlow’s piano studies and reports on the success of one of her students and on her own daughter Joy’s performance at a recital and on a radio program. She also makes a brief reference to job losses at a local plant. Includes a clipping about Joy’s recital in Evansville, Indiana.
