“This strange effect was a direct shot with a smartphone. I was trying to get a picture of the corona, but that didn’t work out. But this is still an interesting shot, with the red eye effect surrounding the visible planet. We waited in anticipation, and it seemed like it was over in a second, and the moon was fast-moving away. I couldn’t even take more pictures, because then the sun was shining again so brightly.”
