Menu for the Varmint Supper, Pennyrile State Park Style, held on Wednesday, Nov. 14, [1951], for the 58th Annual National Fox Hunters Association Meet held November 11-17, Dawson Springs, Ky. The supper honored Governor Lawrence W. Wetherby, Association President J. W. Elliot and the honorable national and Kentucky Fox Hunters. It was sponsored by Friends of Dawson Springs and the Pennyrile State Park Committee.
Among the dishes, each with an amusing name, are groundhog, coon, rabbit, ham, shrip, goat pig, moose, skunk crow and chitlings.
