Description
Hughlyn Perkins Wilson was born in 1931. Her education includes a B.A. from Howard University and an M. E.D. at the University of Louisville. Wilson is the first female assistant superintendent in Louisville, Kentucky. Before becoming assistant superintendent, Wilson was first a teacher in the public school system. She was also the leader of the Board of Regents for Western Kentucky University. Here she is seen with John Minton at a WKU regents meeting.
