This presentation will explore the path that led Dr. Kiessling to his current position as a faculty member in the University of Southern Indiana Department of Kinesiology and Sport. His presentation will cover the lessons learned since his employment early in his career in a field outside Exercise Science, Kinesiology, and Sport and his path to finding a meaningful career in his current area of expertise. Key topics include mistakes made, overcoming adversity, and specific tips for finding success in the fields of Exercise Science, Kinesiology, and Sport.
