Note: The artist noted "I live in the country where we have learned to live with the weather, whatever it may be. One day I drove into town in the middle of a rain storm. People were running from one shelter to another with umbrellas that did not cove rand toeless shoes that did not protect. I parked, grabbed a pad and started drawing."
