Big Ben [10 pounds, paper flour bag] produced by the Rocky Hill Milling Company in Rocky Hill, Edmonson County, Kentucky. This bag features a large clock face framed by wheat fronds and an inset bearing the clever subtitle "Early Riser." This self-rising flour contained soda, salt and calcium phosphate.
