The Bee’s Knees, specialty of Savoy, Asheville, NC.

Cocktail glass, chilled

Pour ingredients into an iced mixing glass

• 3 oz. Knob Creek Bourbon
• ½ oz. Limoncello
• Drop of honey

Shake and strain; garnish with a lemon twist.

Pour ingredients into the iced mixing glass. Shake thoroughly and strain contents into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
