Description

Pamphlet distributed by the Liberty National Bank monthly with a story of "home folks" like the people who own and operated Liberty National Bank.

The Homers were picnicking. In Hometown it was sultry and hot, but out here along the river there was always a breeze.

Dad Homer had closed his desk early, bundled his family into the car and sped out into the country to their favorite spot. It was one of their “strictly family” parties just Mrs. Homer and Alice, her studies over till Fall, Sonny, bubbling over with boyish spirits, and the baby, [the chief member of the family. Since they had bought their car, they had learned to love these trips – to taste the real joy of living.] . . .
