Description

Holiday advertisement for Carousel, a shop Bowling Green, Kentucky, mailed to Mrs. William P. Stamps. It features seven panels of drawings and poems showcasing dresses and jewelry from Carousel. Printed on white paper with green ink. The poem reads in part:

The dance is fast approaching!
Your dreams are sheet delight!
You're whirling on the Carousel
Dressed in lovely white
While jewelry sparkles overhead
Shimmering in the light.

Presto! All at once you're dressed
And ready for the ball.
In a party gown from Carousel,
You're the fairest of them all.
And now for a bag that's just right
To complete a perfect night.

At last the big day comes!
And the family gathers 'round.
What a treat to see you
So nicely robed and gowned!

The house is decorated,
The fire is cozy and warm.
You greet your guests in a hostess gown
Filled with grace and charm!
