Description
Memorial sign for Charlie P. Brown, who died aged 17 on December 3, 1892. The poem:
A precious one from us has gone;
A voice we loved is stilled;
A place is vacant in our home
Which never can be filled
God in His wisdom has recalled
The boon His love had given;
An though the body moulders here
The soul is safe in heaven.
He is buried in Bethel Cemetery, Bellmont, Wabash County, Illinois.
