Description
Memorandum of understanding between the M.L. Sultan Technikon, WKU and South Carolina State University to create a collaborative graduate program in leadership training. Named for Mohammad Lappa Sultan who donated the funds to create the school, M.L. Sultan Technikon has now merged with Technikon Natal to form the Durban University of Technology.
