Water Maid [2 pounds, paper corn meal bag] produced by the Auburn Roller Mills and operated by the Robbins Brothers of Auburn, Kentucky. This bag features an image of a female Native American paddling a canoe on a river or creek. The image aptly portrays the flour name "Water Maid." Native American imagery on corn meal bags is not uncommon as Native Americans are often associated with corn. Bolted meal that the finer particles of germ and bran are sifted out.
